CLUB AUTUMN EXPED TO DENBIGH

Our Autumn Exped sees the club make a return to the Denbigh Gliding Club at Lleweni Parc, the location of our Covid interrupted Spring Exped.

FCV and R22 on the Clwydian Ridge

Located between Snowdonia and the Clwydian Ridge the site offers fantastic opportunities to get into mountain wave and the past week has seen a number of Diamond Height (a gain of height of 5000m from the launch point) claims.  So we should be in for an interesting week and watch this space.

Our normal flying programme resumes at Shawbury on Sun 16 Oct 22.
