Friday 2nd April 2021 Flying Day

Our first soarable day at RAF Shawbury and after a thorough briefing from Norm Potts we were all too ready to enjoy the day.  It had been a long time since we enjoyed good soaring conditions, conditions that only improved as the day went on. The aim was to give everyone at least two trips; 13 launches and a total flying time of over 15.5 hours speak volumes for the conditions.
